USB & Disc Manufacturing has a min of 300/500 units. We say 300/500 because they are very frequently close in cost. 500 qty is a much better deal. 1000 qty is where it becomes cost effective at a per unit level.

Video panels (these are built in LCD monitors) can have a smaller min depending on screen size.

Booklet / Inner Pages

 Booklets are made in 4pp increments.

Booklets can be gatefold for 4pp - about 10pp or even 12pp.

Stapled booklets start at about 12pp.

Perfect Binding starts are 28pp and result s in a bound spine.

Booklet Paper Stock and Finish - this really wants to be addressed in conjunction with your artwork, so we'll look at paper stock and finish later on.

Booklets can be attached in a variety of ways. Thicker booklets/books are best glued to a panel as they get heavy and may pull at a wrap.

Stand alone books / companion books in a set may be hardbound, softbound, notebooks, or spiral bound.

Additional Packaging
(Slipcase, etc. )

Slipcases are some of the most common add on items. it is a great way to dress up a package and add special effects.

Japanese LP features include bellyband / obi strips and Resealable bags.

Inner Sleeves can be done on a solid color paper, printed 1C or 4C on white, or made with an uncoated paper sleeve.

We can also provide business cards, stickers, envelopes, postcards, or any number of other items.

Some fun things you can add include magnets for a snap to closure, velcro tabs, or string ties.

Standard Proofing includes PDFs + a cmyk matchprint on glossy paper, up to 22pp for color matching sent FedEx. It will not show any special effects printing.

Special Proofs are often ordered for clients who want to see particular color matching, special effects, or outcome on special paper stocks:
- color outcome on fiberboard stock
- a particular color saturation
- color outcome with matte lam
- color outcome on uncoated paper
- art cards watercolor print
- foil versus metallic

Unprinted Mock Ups are great for clients who want to check dimensions or construction materials

Shipping
: 		Standard shipping is about 5 days, on addr in the US.

For our international clients, let us know the full address, projects ship DDU.

Split shipments to more than one address can also be accommodates.

Schedule
& Budget

Standard schedule is 2-3 weeks manufacturing after approval of proofs.

If you need the items faster, we may be able to accommodate you.
What we'll need to know: when do you need them, when can you get source media to us, can you skip the physical proofing? How far along in the project are you?

Budget - please give us an idea of your budget. We can do incredibly deluxe projects, but if you need budget-friendly options, it is helpful to let us know that ahead of time. If you have a max total or per unit you are aiming for, this helps a lot. Let us know so we can make good recommendations.
