CD Book 5×5, Hardcover Book Rigid Chipboard Core

CD BOOK 5×5 – Deluxe, hardcover books approx. 5×5″ made with a rigid chipboard core.
They are frequently used to hold cds, but they can actually hold any type of media. We can make them with as few as 8pp inner pages, or many inner pages, depending on your needs.

CD Book 5×5 is the popular die to hold cds. Our cd books are deluxe, coffee table style books made with a rigid chipboard core. They can be wrapped with full color print or a special fabric or leather material. You can customize the way you hold the media, the number of inner pages, the paper stocks, and special printing effects on the outside….pretty much anything.

INNER PAGES

Made in increments of 4pp
8pp to 28pp Usually stapled and attached to the wrap at the center
32pp+ Usually perfect binding and due to the weight usually glued to one end panel
Spec’d by 4pp cover + #inner pages, so 32pp perfect bound = 4pp covers + 28pp inner pages

OUTSIDE WRAP

Full color 4C print laminated (matte or glossy lamination)
Linen Fabric (1C silkscreening suitable for coarse material, or foil stamp)
Leather Vinyl Material (needs foil stamp or deboss, cannot be printed)
