We make some spectacular, custom LP Packaging. These albums are custom manufactured and printed to your spec and have a wide variety of sizes, features, and materials available for you to use.

LP Packaging has a variety of definitions and can be made in an authentic, retro style with a rigid chipboard core (i.e., Bluenote), or constructed with art card folded up to make panels (i.e., jackets or wallets).

We make them in 12 inch vinyl sizes, as well as 5 inch CD sizes, and some in-between sizes like Japanese LPs. We can make single panel 2pp LPs, or 4pp bifold LPs. We can even add a swinging sleeve to hold the record or disc. Need a special vellum sleeve inside? Whatever you need we have you covered!

LP Packaging Materials & Construction

• Authentic BlueNote LP = Rigid, chipboard core, Bluenote style.
  • Construction: Printed wrap is laminated over the chipboard core
  • Wide, printable spine supported by the sturdy chipboard
  • Special variation – Linen Wrapped LP
• Art Card LP = Paper stock 15/16pt 310gsm, panels are created by folding the paper
  • Construction: Paper is folded to create panels, has inner spines between panels
  • Spine on 4pp Jacket is printable but slim, extra wide spine is feasible
