Custom Jackets CD DVD USB

Jackets are frequently categorized as cd height (5 inch) or dvd height (7 inch) and come in 2pp, 4pp, 6pp, 8pp or larger sizes. We also do double disc and multidisc sets, cross shaped jackets and oversized jackets.

Jackets are plastic free and we can use pockets, sleeves, or cork or foam hubs. Foam trays can be custom made to hold any discs and / or usb dongles.

Paper Stock can be standard, fiberboard, uncoated matte, recycled and extra thick.

Fun Effects include Die cuts, Foil Stamping, Embossing, Debossing, Spot UV Gloss and Metallic Ink

Posters, Booklets, Stickers and Business Cards are common add ons.

CD Jacket are usually 5 inch height but of course you can use a 5 inch jacket for a dvd as well. A 2pp jacket (or sleeve) has just a front and back paneland can open to the side or top. Traditional paper thickness is 12pt, we often recommend 15/16pt. Besides the traditional white coated paper, we also have recycled, uncoated matte paper and fiberboard.

A 4pp jacket opens like a bi-fold wallet. Discs can be held in a pocket (thumbnotch, wide moon, LP style, tube, curved) or with a glued on sleeve or swinging sleeve, or a hub (cork or foam). We can also apply an inner wrap across the inside of the jacket.

A 6pp jacket opens like a tri-fold wallet. 8pp gatefold jackets have 4 panels front + 4 panels back. Discs can be held in a pocket (thumbnotch, wide moon, LP style, tube, curved) or with a glued on sleeve or swinging sleeve, or a hub (cork or foam).

USB Jackets are made with with a foam tray or a cardboard shelf. Foam trays can also be made to discs. The shape of the foam cut out is completely customizable.

Double Disc Jackets are made to hold two discs (cd, dvd, combo) and maybe some literature. We can make them any height - 5inch LP's, taller 7 inch dvd jacktes, taller yet 9 or 10 inch jackets.

We can make a jacket in any dimension. Popular oversized options include jackets larger than 5" (to be something bigger than a typical cd release), and larger than 9" (to hold large booklet / manuals).

Cross (or plus) shaped jackets fold up into 5 inch square panels. They can be used for 1 to 5 discs (cd / dvd) and can hold booklets or be made with a slipcase. Pockets are common ways to hold discs bbut hubs are another option.

Fiberboard paper is made of end of chain, pulp material that is normally discarded. It is unbleached and oftern mixed with recycled content. The result is a brown paper stock, that is nice and nubby.You can leave it in it's natural state, or print it. White ink is a little trickier if you want a truer color, but we can do it.
