Welcome to our Deluxe Box Set Packaging Portfolio. Here you’ll find photos of all kinds of boxes, for example deluxe wrapped chipboard boxes, folding product boxes, vinyl set boxes, hinged boxes, 2 piece sets, slipcase sets, rigid side loading boxes, and probably a few other types we have yet to classify. Our clients (this should be you too) are creative, and we love the creative concepts you bring to us!
If you don’t see what you want to make, send us a sketch and we’ll let you know if we can manufacture it for you.
With chipboard boxes, the grey core material underneath needs to be wrapped with a material or printed paper.
Linens are custom ordered. We try to locate the closest color to your needs. They can be silkscreened with a minimal, 1C black artwork or foil stamped. Linen has a very loose knit, so it is important to match the design accordingly because if it is too fine of a design, the ink will not adhere.
Fabric Paper is a tighter weave version of linen that works very well with more complex art, including 4C print. This material can be printed or foil stamped. We can usually order in a color close to your needs if you give us a PMS number.
Our leather material is a man made, vegan leather. There’s one catch with the material – you can’t print on it. So we recommend foil stamping, or debossing a design into the material. If you need color, try a OBI strip or bellyband!
Boxes can also be wrapped with printed paper and laminated. The outside is 4C and the inside can be left white (unprinted) or wrapped with a solid black wrap, or a printed 1C or 4C wrap.
Artcard is a cardboard paper stock that is directly printed, usually 4C. It is not rigid, like chipboard. However, this lighter weight paper stock is ideal for folding configurations and for special die cuts. Paper weights start at about 310gsm or 15/16pt for most jacket / slipcase items and go up to about 21pt. Lamination is a great way to thicken the paper.
