Blue Note style retro LPs made in 5inch cd size. Materials include a rigid chipboard core that is wrapped with a 4C 120gsm print, and laminated (choice of matte or glossy). Complete the look with inner sleeves and booklets.

RIGID CD LP – BLUENOTE CD LP STYLE

What makes it a rigid CD LP? This rigid CD LP has a chipboard core which is a paper stock hardened with resign. You can feel the difference between this solid bluenote cd LP product and regular cd jackets.  The grey, core material is the same material we use in hardcover books, only a little thinner. The thickness of the material also means that there is a nice wide, printable spine on the LP. The chipboard is wrapped with a full color printed piece of paper and laminated in place.

What makes it Blue Note style? It’s the rigidity and outward facing pockets. The Bluenote style is based on an old record label who was known for their high quality artists and packaging, hence the Blue Note style LP we are manufacturing.

  • Min order 300/500 units for cd sized LP, 200 for vinyl sized bluenote 
  • We use offset printing presses for the highest quality printing, which requires films and printing plates. making a smaller quantity run will not be cost effective. However we do have some small qty run tips that may help.

RIGID CD LP LAMINATION

Lamination is used seal the printed wrap to the chipboard. You can choose between two types:
